I just wanted to drop you a line, concerning windows that were installed on May 21st in our home. This was a completely positive experience. It started with your sales representative Patrick Milligan, who was here when he said he would be; he had some creative ideas which we feel enhanced the windows. The process from there was exactly as Patrick stated it would be, and everything went accordingly. The installers showed up on time and should be complimented on their professionalism. We feel that went above and beyond on the quality of their work and did an excellent job!!!! We feel the windows are an excellent product and enhances our home. We have our new windows and we are thrilled! While we have not had time to learn what benefits we will receive on our energy bills, we are very happy with the improvement in the warmth of the house. There is no air-flow around the windows. The appearance of the windows, both inside and out, is outstanding. We are especially pleased with the bay window. The living room seems much larger and brighter, and the curb appeal of the house is greatly enhanced. We also want to comment on the professionalism of your installation crew. They were prompt, neat in both their appearance and their work, and they worked efficiently and competently, getting the windows installed in one day and the bay window the following. Upon completion they even helped us replace all our window blinds which we greatly appreciate. We will be happy to recommend your company, and hope to be able to replace our basement windows in the future.Sincerely,

Frankly, your company never ceases to amaze me. In this day and age when you can't hardly find a company that stands behind their word, you are a shining example of the exception. When I called a couple of weeks ago to tell you my large half-round window at my front entrance had cracked, you never hesitated--never questioned me about anything. You just honored your contract, your word, and said you would be sending someone out to get the measurements. Your service technicians came out this morning and replaced the window. As I expected from your representatives of your company, they were pleasant, professional and competent. Believe me installing this window was no simple task. Again, I would like to thank you for being who you are. I only hope you are around for a long time. Installation of our beautiful Accent windows has just been complete. We are so pleased with the quality of the product. I would like to expound on our experiences with the people from Accent. Your salesperson was persistent, yet professional in his approach to representing your product. My husband is a very hard difficult sell, and it took a great deal of convincing to see this project go forward because of the expense. However, when he saw the completed endeavor, it was he who said that he believed the job was worth every penny. You know you have a great product, so there is another area I would like to address. The installers were impeccable in every way! They should be commended for their outstanding professionalism, courteous demeanors, and exceptionally conscientious customer service. They were here on time or early, put in very long days, and rarely took even five minute breaks. Their craftsmanship is superior-extraordinary, and we so appreciate their desire to finish their work with perfection. Without a doubt, we understand why your business has flourished in a competitive, difficulty economy. Our 2nd satisfactory experience with Accent. First was main floor windows and sliding doors. This time basement and garden level. Our house is now quite well "Accented". Special comment on installation team which were the same guys as last time. Excellent workmanship, efficient, through clean-up, outstanding results! A credit to your company.

They were too wide and they would never close completely. We appreciate that your service department brought this to your attention and you promptly responded by replacing the existing windows with new double-hung windows in replace of the casements. My husband and I were the Ultimate makeover winners in 2006. We recently had some work done on our home and the company who did the work damaged a piece of siding. Needless to say we were very upset. We called you and you made repairs promptly. The company apologized and offered to pay for the siding. We would be happy to give you the name of the company so that you may bill them. I continue to enjoy my windows. Actually, they have kept me in this house. I have no air conditioning; and with the help of a whole house attic fan and the windows and my getting up so early, I have remained very comfortable in the summers. I close up everything about nine in the morning and there's no problem about keeping the cool air inside. I'll continue to sing the praises of your windows and the marvelous service the YOU give.
