Warranty Transfer
Accent Windows offers a transferable warranty on all products manufactured by Accent. To transfer a warranty, the original purchaser and the new purchaser must sign and submit the transferable warranty to Accent Windows within 30 days after the sale and closing of the home. Accent Windows will transfer the original warranty to the new homeowner upon submittal and acceptance of their transfer registration.

There is no cost to transfer the warranty, however to best care for the Windows/Doors installed in the home we strongly suggest the new purchaser take advantage of our After Care Program. Accent Windows will schedule a service and maintenance appointment with the new purchaser upon receiving the warranty transfer to assure the products manufactured and installed by AWI are in good working condition. For a nominal fee, the new purchaser will receive service and maintenance to include proper window operation, integrity of window weather seals, glass and glazing materials, hardware and caulking. The fee for the After Care Program shall be determined by AWI and/or the service technician. All fees will be disclosed by AWI before any work begins.
